Kai Greene Arm Workout 11 Weeks from 2013 Olympia





Bodybuilder Kai Greene goes through a 2.5-hour workout. He starts with some cardio, stretching, calves, shrugs and a few other things before he goes into his arm workout. Kai is still working with George Farah. Farah has made sure Kai doesn't get too heavy off-season, to make the transition to competition much smoother.
