Here is a great workout that builds muscle in your upper body wile burning fat off of your belly at the same damn time. This workout is so effective because it mixed muscle building aspects of compound moments, with efficiency or super-sets, and the fat burning aspects of HIIT cardio. When you mix all of this together you get what I call "Super Human Interval Training" (S.H.I.T.). check out the video below to see the workout.
Overview of the workout
-30 seconds of pullups
-30 seconds of Burpees
-30 Seconds of Push ups
-do each move for 30 seconds
-go from move to move without resting
-after all 3 moves are done, rest for 30-90 seconds
-repeat 3-4 times
